To be able to reset your account password independently, you must first enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
MFA adds an additional layer of security to your account access by requiring a second verification step in addition to your password (for example, a code via email, SMS, or an authentication app).
This way, even if your password is compromised, your account will remain protected from unauthorized access.
Only after activating multi-factor authentication will you be able to reset your password safely and independently.
MFA Activation Procedure
1.Before using this feature, make sure you have been enabled by the IT department.
2. Only for the 1st time, connect to https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info
