USE OF MEETING ROOM DEVICES
Step 1:
- Check whether the board is turned on. If it is off, click the red button at the bottom right.

Step 3: Define the connection mode
1. Joining the Teams Meeting
- On the room devices (tablet and board), the “Join” button for the relevant meeting will automatically appear.
- By clicking the “Join” button, the meeting will open and the room devices can be used.
N.B. If you want to share something during the meeting, you can do so using your own PC by joining the created meeting.

2. Sharing local content and non-Teams meetings
- On the table there is a USB cable with 2 outputs; by connecting the device to the PC, the screen will be projected onto the board.

3. Presentation video
- To set presentation videos on the board, click the wheel on the right or left side of the board.
- Select the home icon
- Then click File Manager,
- Select the video you want to present.
To verify that the video loops correctly, click on the three dots at the top right of the video and check whether the “loop playback” option is enabled; verify that it works correctly by placing the video near the end so it can restart from the beginning.
Possible issues:
- Check that the correct source is selected (HDMI 3).
